No admin actions available

The title says it all. I am logged in with the correct email and set the environment variable correctly (verified this by entering the container and checking the env vars), but I still cannot see links created by others nor ban them. I'm using the Docker Compose version of kutt FYI

Fyi I found an admin can see links others created by clicking the checkbox "All links" on the main page. After checking the box you have additional buttons like ban etc.

I am also confused and do not see any additional admin actions in settings. Including ADMIN_EMAILS in .env I do not see any user management.
