• SKR E3 Mini Config - Added Baudrate Change
• Added Internal Config Management batch file
• Moved Probe mount settings to backend and fixed probe offsets for ender machines
• Set BUFSIZE to 16 for SKR E3 Mini boards to reduce memory usage

• Tuned thermal runaway settings to reduce false triggers
• Tested EZBoard config compile - mostly passing not ready yet for official release
