Titles aligment

Hello, I couldn't find another issue or PR about it, one similar is #115
I find odd that titles are right aligned, What was the reason of that design decision?

This website will be mainly use by people that read from left to right, when you read a title aligned to the right, it confuses you.

I am talking specifically about "Specifying JavaScript." and "State of Proposals".

I can submit a PR to aligned titles to the left, if that's fine.

Hi @montogeek thanks for the comment. Before we jump on it, I would like to get some more feedback. I have also explicitly inquired with a number of designers who were not involved in the project to give a fresh eyed view on it. I think once we have that feedback, we can make a decision with regards to this.

For now, can you post a screenshot of what you think would look better, so that we can more easily make a decision? I quite like what was suggested in #115 but im curious as to what you were thinking

I would say that it looks weird, I feel that it should be part of the logo, like in #115.

About "State of Proposals", it looks fine left aligned.

So, we had a discussion with a few designers, and the same suggestion came up but we were unable to place it nicely on the left. We will return to this topic, as it is unlikely to be resolved by Friday. I will leave this open.
