Describe the bug
When calling the store_transport_to_hdf function in tardis.io.model_reader, TARDIS attempts to access a non-existent attribute
File "/home/149/ub0692/miniconda3/envs/tardis/lib/python3.11/site-packages/tardis/io/model_reader.py", line 554, in transport_to_dict
"Edotlu_estimator": transport.Edotlu_estimator,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
AttributeError: 'MonteCarloTransportSolver' object has no attribute 'Edotlu_estimator'
To Reproduce
Run tardis, then call store_transport_to_hdf on the returned simulation.transport object
I have been trying to save simulations or parts of simulations (e.g. transport objects) to disk so that I don't need to re-run tardis. The .to_hdf method also does not seem to work for me
If anyone has a workaround for saving simulations to disk this would be helpful
