Offer a keypress response to indicate spam

E.g.
Human recorded message: "Hi mum, take your meds"
then
Machine voice: "Press 1 to acknowledge this message"
Machine voice: "Press any other key to report this message" --> triggers email to Helen to work out what's going on (this "solution" doesn't have to scale for now)

Have had a proper think about this now, and I would like:

Human recorded message: "Hi mum, take your meds"
then
Machine voice: "Press 1 to acknowledge this message"
Machine voice: "Press star if you'd like an operator to call you back", and this can just be me at the moment. Hopefully people would do this if they were confused as well as if they wanted to report spam.
