Webでもアプリっぽく見える、apple-mobile-web-app-capable を使いたいので（Receiboでもやってるやつ）

apple-mobile-web-app-capable= yes にしてると、ページ遷移の時に別のページに行ってしまって、safariに戻ってしまうんよね。
receibo は、リンクをJSのフリしてごまかしてるけどもうちょっと洗練させたい。
