As a Developer,
I need modularize backend code,
so that it is reusable and has a better structure.

Acceptance Criteria

Update [Required]

Modularize backend code to have separate layers for APIs, services, Data access logic.

Definition of Done

All of the required items are completed.
Approval by 2 mentor.
