As a user of the meeRoo app I want other persons to check in into a meeting and if they not do that the meeting shopuld be canceled after e.g. 15 minutes. This will prevent empty meetingrooms for the complete meeting.

@heetel what do you think about this. So we could reduce meeting rooms that are blocked but not used.
