Categories and Option for feedback/reviews on addons

Currently there's only the option to leave ratings but that's not enough as there are hundreds of addons and it's hard to know what exactly to pick. Reading reviews made by others would be helpful and at the same time we could give ideas to the creators of said addon.

It would be helpful to have addons be categorized by type. Karts can be classified as "animated" and "vehicle". Animated term is for cartoonish and mascots. The term "vehicle" for car models that are more on the realistic type model.

Tracks need to be categorized by genre: SciFi, Cartoonish, Magical, Realistic, etc

Long time users of STK should have the right to pick the best 20 addon tracks. That way we can count on what real STK users recommend new users to try.
