Camera not moving in the picar - v

Hi guys, I have succeeded in making the PiCar and also ran the ball tracker. It worked, but the problem is that the camera won't move. So, I figured out that the ball tracker isn't working cuz of the camera. Does anyone know why this is occurring frequently?
