Replace MailChimp API from Drew McLellan with the official Mailchimp Marketing PHP Client #365

The last release from drewm/mailchimp-api was 2.5 at Feb 16, 2018 and the last PR was merged on Nov 2, 2022.

So it would make sense to switch to the offical Mailchimp Marketing PHP Client which is more frequently updated.
