css not defined for reference section formatting with CSL

It seems that the CSS classes references csl-bib-body hanging-indent csl-entry are not supported.

this is actually a limitation in pkgdown as per r-lib/pkgdown#1469, and I think it might be preferable to have it addressed there, rather than separately in subugoetheme.

I'll put this on hold and see whether there's upstream movement in pkgdown, otherwise we can add it here.
