non-breaking minor issues

• Mutation/CNV/Fusion tab label should be dynamic and based on assays available in termdbConfig.queries{}. e.g. comment out svfusion{} from termdb.test.ts, tab at http://localhost:3000/?termdb={%22vocab%22:{%22dslabel%22:%22TermdbTest%22,%22genome%22:%22hg38-test%22}} should show as Mutation, CNV but not including fusion

• in sjlife, snplst and snplocus tabs are still shown, e.g. sjlife cuminc overlay, and sjlife download (select Dictionary variables first then see the tabs). please hardcode in termTypeSearch to hide them for now

• after creating a custom term from GROUPs, the term is now shown under the term type tabs. should move it back to Dictionary div

• in matrix using divideBy, click divideBy term name Sex and Replace, the menu is missing Mutation/CNV/fusion tab
