Detaching Associations #17

Hi, I was just wondering if there was already a way to detach an association from a Model?

For example, I have a use case for a need to detach a contact from a Deal.

I appreciate if this functionality is not built in just yet, if it is not I will take a look at getting this in on my fork and submit a PR here
