Describe the bug
The name of image of the workflow is not showing on the admin page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Got to https://community.sphinx.chat/admin
See empty column

Expected behavior
The workspace image and the workspace name should be displayed

Acceptance Criteria

I have tested on Chrome desktop
I have rebased and tested locally before submitting my PR
I can submit a PR within 2 days of taking the bounty
