This milestone is about running the sBTC-v1 signers through a fire drill to ensure they know how to handle their nodes in the case of a disaster. Details around what this means need to be ironed out.

This may be:

  • Large infrastructure blackout
  • Problematic addresses used for deposit / withdrawal
  • recovery after off switch

Prerequisites

  • The sBTC-v1 testnet is stable and running
  • We have a disaster runbook for sBTC-v1 and a documentation of what disasters are

Delivery Definition:

  • We simulated a disaster scenario for sBTC-v1 and were able to recover.
