sBTC Mainnet Release

Release sBTC-v1 on mainnet.

This requires stability on testnet and that all code is completed, all critical audit tickets have been addressed, and that the fire drill on testnet was executed successfully.

Prerequisites

• The sBTC-v1 fire drill was successful
• All chosen Signers were able to run on testnet successfully
• sBTC APIs are running in the cloud and are managed by BitcoinL2 Labs.

Delivery Definition:

• sBTC-v1 is delivered successfully onto the mainnet network and is stable.
