hi thanks for the great package.

(long-time silent happy user here!)

i have encountered the following issue:
if i

  • xfce tile a window
  • then later quicktile tile it
  • then switch desktops away and back again,
  • the tiled window reverts to the original xfce tiling.

i notice this when i have quicktiled a window to 2/3rds of screen (ie hit " 4" three times), that i had previously xfce tiles to 1/2 screen.

if i take the same window, move it (removing the xfce4 tiling), then use only quicktile tiling, switching desktops doesn't break it.

not sure if it has been reported before, i searched the repo but came up with nothing.

thanks again.

Probably the same reason QuickTile can't budge a window in KDE if you use KWin's built-in mouse-based window snapping... the window manager has final say and QuickTile can only ask it to pretty-please move the window.
