pinyin 2.3.1版本的文件好像是损坏了 #158

我用私有源同步spmjs.io上的package，但是每次到pinyin这个package就后面同步不下去了，然后我使用 wget http://spmjs.io/repository/pinyin/2.3.1/pinyin-2.3.1.tar.gz，直接下载，但是出现Read error at byte 3113668/4193401 (Connection reset by peer). Retrying。然后http://spmjs.io/整个网站好像都挂掉了，没法访问，过一会http://spmjs.io/又可以正常访问了
