Hi.
Here is a resumé of some explorations I did on 3DSlicer platform to see if it would be worth to use as a software for massive segmentations in different datasets (instead of fsleyes for instance).
Overview: I think 3DSlicer is promising (e.g. to run manual_correction script and open the last(or next) image viewed on the next startup. More details on this basic repository (see readme) : https://github.com/maxradx/slicer_exploration_basic

Thank you for these investigations @maxradx ! Maybe you could propose a simple prototype based on Slicer to see how manual-correction could be adapted to use Slicer instead of FSLeyes?

Ok great! Yes. Because in basic exploration, I was able to run a basic script in 3DSlicer that open a specific images, I will look forward directly to integrate the manual_correction script by Neuropoly into Slicer, and adapt it to open the last image loaded and/or the next to be segmentated, according to the user's preferences.

Very cool exploration, @maxradx! I like your demonstration videos! Indeed, 3D Slicer looks promising. Looking forward to your prototype!
