Notes for developers.
Since we are primarily interesting in working with Home Assistant, it makes sense to copy their development environment. Follow instructions at https://developers.home-assistant.io/docs/development_environment/. Just clone this repo, instead of Home Assistant.
You can still develop directly on a Pi or other box.
