We have:

/cody/dashboard
/cody/team/manage
/cody/subscription/manage
/cody/manage
/cody/manage/subscription/new
/cody/manage/subscription/new?addSeats=1

Problems:

Having so many pages called "manage something" is somewhat confusing
Having both /cody/subscription/manage and /cody/manage/subscription/* is confusing
/cody/manage/subscription/new?addSeats=1 is actually not a "new subscription" page but an "Add seats" page

Solutions:

/cody/team/manage --> ?
/cody/subscription/manage --> ?
/cody/manage --> ?
/cody/manage/subscription/new --> ?
/cody/manage/subscription/new?addSeats=1 --> ?
