Brand Collateral Master ticket

Placeholder ticket to discuss what all we need for branding, and a dumping place to share collaterals that might not be worth pushing to the repo but useful anyway (like article specific banners).

Leading up to the event

• Outreach
  • Poster to invite participation
  • Poster Template to hold a mapping party/OSM 101 event
  • Invitation Letter Template for colleges/organization

Space set up

• Flex banner for the stage (1 for each of the 3 venues, Audi can be larger, should contain conference name + sponsors)
• Standees for entrance of the venue (3 standees)
• Signages for directions to key locations, washrooms, cafeteria, parking (A4, stuck to walls (?), number not decided)
• Signage for the main registration/entrance (A1/A0 or flex with sponsor logos)
• Signage listing the venue (A4, placed on the stand outside each venue, 4)
• Schematic maps of the venue (One for each venue and washrooms with You are here)
• Podium signage/banner (1 for audi, 1 for large hall)
• Menu card for food + labels for each dish (if caterer isn’t covering this)

During the event

• Name badges (Regular size x 400*)
• Lanyards (400* — will speakers/volunteers need separate lanyards or just separate name badges?)
• Program booklet (400* + 50 extra)
• T shirts (400*)
• Stickers (400* + 300 for outreach)
• Badges (Smaller 2" circular metal badges — these could be for only speakers?)
• Pens & Notebooks (400*)
• Markers (for Name Badge/Impromptu signages)
• Gifts for speakers (If anything needs to be printed for that)

*Assuming a ball park 400 attendees. Would like to estimate with some buffer for last minute registrations, but let me know if this number is way off.
