Multi-file project support

Currently all June apps have to fit in a single file. We need to extend this so that you can import other files.

Current thinking is maybe a simplification of the Rust approach:

use foo

This would both a) connect this file to the foo file, and b) make foo as a symbol name visible in this file at that scope.
