Python2 has EOL in 2020

Tried a naive bump (see several latest commits and their reverts), tricky part is to have it running on Morph.io .

So far still operational, but Python 2 is EOL, hence issue still valid.

Python 3 should be supported on Morph.io, see https://www.oaf.org.au/2019/04/10/a-new-era-for-morph-io/ .
