While we're at it, there's no log message when the agent successfully finds influxdb ... only when it's not available. It would be nice to see "unavail ... unavail ... unvail ... connected!" in the logs.
If the influxdb server stops, for example, there's no way to tell that in ocs-web or any other ocs client.
The "record" process should report the influxdb connection state (and maybe some other stats!).
