Describe the bug

Screen wake lock is working in chrome on macOS and on chromebooks. However it does not work for iPhones/iPads (whether Safari, Chrome, or "Add to home screen" through Safari). And it doesn't seem to be working in Safari on macOS either.

Seems to be an issue with Safari more than WebKit itself: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=254545

Also our app doesn't work, but this page does as tested in Safari on macOS: https://whatpwacando.today/wake-lock
