デプロイすらできなくなった

Caused by:
SSHKit::Command::Failed: rake exit status: 1
rake stdout: bower.js files generated
rake stderr: /usr/local/ndenv/shims/bower install -p 
bower jquery-textcomplete#*    EINVRES Request to https://bower.herokuapp.com/packages/jquery-textcomplete failed with 502
rake aborted!

This Bower version is deprecated. Please update it: npm install -g bower. The new registry address is https://registry.bower.io

とりあえずアップデートするだけでも解決しそう？
