We should use node-fetch ( https://github.com/senecajs/seneca-provider/blob/main/package.json#L57) as a normal dependency?

If not, the user will have to npm install [email protected] every time a certain provider uses makeUtils https://github.com/senecajs/seneca-provider/blob/main/src/provider.ts#L150.
or they can provide it from utilopts
