Parameter initializers

It is common for the parameters to do the same thing. E.g. there could be a spider argument which changes a certain setting. When providing reusable definitions of such parameters (so that they can be used in different spiders) - like implemented at zytedata/zyte-spider-templates#46 - it'd be also nice to have a place where to put this standard initialization code.
