crfsuite include path #103

The Cython-generated pycrfsuite/_pycrfsuite.cpp file includes

#include "../crfsuite/include/crfsuite.h"
#include "../crfsuite/include/crfsuite_api.hpp"

which leads to compilation failure:
pycrfsuite/_pycrfsuite.cpp:586:10: fatal error: ../crfsuite/include/crfsuite.h: No such file or directory

How can I change this to (or without /usr/include/)

#include "/usr/include/crfsuite.h"
#include "/usr/include/crfsuite_api.hpp"
``` ?

The file is not patchable because Cython always regenerates it.
