Cobertura output not compatible with Azure Report Generator #454

The Cobertura output is missing condition-coverage attribute for branch elements to be compatible with the report generator used in Azure DevOps. See more information here: danielpalme/ReportGenerator#485

A pull request has been created to update the report generator in Azure, but it seems to take a long time until it's accepted, so maybe it's a better idea to update scoverage to generate correct output.
