Similar to the vscode extension of Java, add support to display virtual threads and debugging them microsoft/java-debug#441

Thanks for opening this feature request! It might not be too hard to implement this, by pulling microsoft/java-debug#441 to https://github.com/scalacenter/scala-debug-adapter
