Adding a mod icon fails silently if the Resources folder doesn't exist for said mod. The only indication of this happening is the following line in the logs:

LogSlate: Warning: OnExternalImagePicked.Execute failed : D:/SatisfactoryModLoader/Mods/RedSoloCup/solololo.png, D:/SatisfactoryModLoader/Mods/RedSoloCup/Resources/Icon128.png

Suggested fix: automatically create the folder if it doesn't exist.
