Option to "Show captions"

I would like to set "Show captions" by default on init.
Is there any option that I'm missing?

@srdjank Apologies for the slow response here. We may be able to work through adding this in an upcoming release.

The idea would be that the window opened to the aside of the viewer could be set to a "Captions" tab by default?

That would be great also, but I was thinking to set inside player option to show captions by default.
