WOL not working

Sending a WOL is not working on my Windows 10 PC to start another Windows 10 PC while running PortMaster. After shutting PM down, WOL is working.

I was using three different programs "WOL2 by Mark Oette", "netscan by Softperfect", "Rustdesk" and "DVBviewer", all with SPN off. No connections are blocked from PM in the history.

Adding a SPN Rule "Exclude * ICMP" gives an "invalid value: only 2 or 3 segments" error message, but I have SPN off for the apps. So this should not matter.

PM 1.6.24 with SPN subscription.
