Hi @cgoina! Thanks for this module! Redirected from easifish to this repo, wondering if you would add support for dax file format images that are obtained from imaging rounds from MERFISH?

Hi @pranathivemuri,

The credit for this module should go to @igorpisarev for writing this - I only had a small pull request for a feature needed for multifish. Unfortunately @igorpisarev is no longer at Janelia. @bogovicj is currently maintaining this repo and he could give you a better answer regarding integrating this feature. If you have anybody write a module that can handle dax import and create a pull request with that, he most likely would be happy to merge it. I took a look at the dax link that you provided and unfortunately the way it is now it cannot be easily fitted in the current framework so some additional work is required.

Hi @pranathivemuri ,

I'm open to this idea but don't have time to add new features now.

If you have anybody write a module that can handle dax import and create a pull request with that, he most likely would be happy to merge it.

Agreed - this will be the quickest way to get this feature. (Thanks @cgoina )
