Hi @bogovicj,

Related to the previous issue.

I have use-cases for the following transformations:

  1. Similarity including reflection
  2. Translation and scaling in Z (parameters: tX, tY, tZ, sZ)
  3. Translation and scaling in xy and z (parameters: tX, tY, tZ, sX==sY, sZ)

For (2) and (3), I am also considering adding something to MoBIE that would allow interactive transformation in the style of the manual transform in BDV.
