Dear John, thanks for the great work you are doing! I'm currently registering MRI and CT data sets onto each other. The MRI data has a pretty *** resolution, so it is sometimes hard to find the right landmarks. Is it possible to apply multi-color LUTs (especially the mpl ones) instead of single colors in order to help with bad contrast images?
Here is an example what I mean:

Hi @Theresa-S ,

Thanks for the feedback, and I agree that this would be very useful, and something I've thought about.
It is the kind of feature I would want to incorporate into bigdataviewer - the viewer that bigwarp uses to display everything.

Since it's an "upstream" issue, it will be slower to fully incorporate, but your feedback has convinced me to increase the priority of this. Thanks again
