Describe the user story

As a developer
I want the plan summary to be easy to read
So that I can quickly make decisions about the Terraform plan

Describe the solution you'd like

For big projects, PR comments start getting really noise and it gets difficult to find information.
I'd like to make the Plan Summary section a bit easier to read
If the projects for a specific status is 0, then we could omit it
