Build the login UI with field validation

Use https://react-hook-form.com/ for validation

The authentication functionality will be in a different issue

Acceptance Criteria:

  • UI matches mockup
    • Password field should be hidden when typed (there is a MUI attribute for the textfield component that does this)
  • Fields are correctly validated
    • Both fields are present
  • Do not add the Already have an account? Sign Up at the bottom. We will likely manually create admins.
