I have just installed the google recaptcha plugin from https://github.com/rpi-virtuell/osticket-recaptcha into osticket version 1.10.1 and when select General Enquiry from the dropdown on a new ticket, it does not show but if then select report a problem from the dropdown it shows and then go back to general enquiry and it shows, the problem is it don't seem to show on default when selecting a topic from the dropdown

Can anyone help please?

It happens for me too. The problem seems related to the fact that the google recaptcha script is not downloaded the first time (don't realy know why yet). Probably it has something to with being dynamically loaded.

One solution though, is opening new tickets with a preeselected topic. This is done by opening something like http://domain.com/open.php?topicId=2.

This works because a topic is openend by default, so the recaptcha doesn't need to be loaded dynamically (it is served the first time the page is downloaded).

The problem is that you won't be able to press open new ticket from the home menu unless you hardcode in the url a topic.
