Recently, I learned that type 0x0F in the binary format is Vector2int16. I don't know what the format is or how to test if an implementation is correct but we should at least write this down somewhere.

This suggests maybe the XML format also supports Vector2int16? Who knows.

I'm against any formal documentation of data types that have no artifacts to test against. If we ever get them though, I'll be all for it.

I'm okay with not documenting it for now; I'd call this very low priority considering it doesn't impact us or anyone at all right now.
