1. make.

2. Copy draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis.txt to draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis-NN.txt

3. Go to https://datatracker.ietf.org/submit/.

4. Upload draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis-NN.txt and
   draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis.xml (choose both, then upload).

5. If there are errors, correct them and try again.

6. Check sanity on the upload page. If insane, correct and go around.

7. Click the button with your name on to submit and "post submission".

8. Find verification email and follow instructions.

9. git add -f draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis-NN.txt and commit.

10. git push (I claim no review needed, since this is just recording
    history).

11. Bump version in draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis.md:

docname: draft-ietf-trans-rfc6962-bis-NN

12. Commit and push (again, no review needed).
