Wrong stroke, and errors

I've been using rmc and an rm2svg.py to detect corruption in my pages and for this purpose it actually works great. But along the way I noticed some non-fatal errors in rmc and thought I'd report at least one, with all the data you'd need to work out what's wrong.

These are the errors I get for this file:
