Download all RDAT's from RMDB
Make sure all can be read in with Python3 code, and can get ANNOTATION field, number of sequences, and number of reactivity values into a single .csv file.
Do same .csv output with MATLAB code and check agreement.
Probably can deprecate TRACE.
Write out an updated specification for RDAT format, and store in this GitHub README rarther than at RMDB
