Is your feature request related to a problem?

We're not currently limiting how much disk space a given private gateway is allowed to use, which means a malicious actor or a very busy private gateway may take up a lot of the disk space allocated to the courier app. Worst case scenario, it could take it all.

Describe the solution you'd like

The app should enforce a maximum amount of MiB that each gateway is allowed to use in the courier app.

In the future, the effective limit could be a function of this setting and the following:
