Copied from original issue: refugeehackathon/interpreteer-backend#34

Steps:

  • Setup ember application
  • Migrate index page
  • Add request and offer models with all neded attributes
  • Make sidebars use API data
  • Make forms send data to backend
  • Replace usages of Django code (available languages)

Ah, great! But we should narrow the selection down. We also don't need to differentiate between en-us and en-gb.
