feature request: add support for @author #58

It would be nice to add support for multiple @author entries.

Ideally @author would have this format:

@author Author Name <[email protected]>
@author Other Author

And the resulting markdown would be something like :

## Authors

- Author Name <[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])>
- Other Author
