Destalinator doesn't recognise a threaded reply as activity

Some channels don't have frequent new topics but do have active discussions in existing threads. These are not picked up by Destalinator resulting in the warning appearing in the channel followed by a less than on topic update to stop the closure of an overwise active channel.
